USDC EVENT RULES
ALLIANCE SIEGE CUP · ELIGIBILITY · SCORING · PAYOUTS
The rules published at an event's start time are the rules for that event.
1 · WHAT THE EVENT IS
The Alliance Siege Cup runs every week, back to back. Each week is its own event with its own standings and its own prize pool, awarded to the alliances that capture and hold the Citadel during that week. Scoring is fully server-verified from the Citadel siege archive. There is nothing to submit, nothing to screenshot and nothing to claim.
2 · ALLIANCE SCORING
- Every time a district's battle window resolves inside the event window, the alliance holding that district at the close scores the published district points. A successful defense scores exactly the same as a capture. Taking a district and keeping it are the same act of control.
- A resolution of the Ashen Throne scores the published (higher) Throne points. While the Throne is locked under a reigning alliance, the ruler instead collects a Crown Tithe worth the same Throne points once per full rotation held.
- Every point traces to a siege-archive or tithe record; standings on the events page update live from those records. The ECHO system alliance and NPC accounts can never rank or win.
- An alliance needs at least the published minimum number of distinct participants (fighters or garrison holders) during the window to be eligible.
3 · PRIZES & MEMBER SPLITS
- The weekly pool. While the published guarantee runs, first place is paid at least the guaranteed amount shown on the events page. On top of that, the published share of the $THRONE creator fee earned during the week goes into the pool. The guarantee is a floor, not an extra: when the fee share is smaller than the guarantee, first place receives the guarantee and there is no second or third prize that week; when it is larger, the fee share is the pool and it divides across the top three ranks in the published ratio, with first place never below the guarantee.
- The prizes shown during a week are a live projection. The pool is fixed when the week closes, from the fee earned up to that moment.
- Who is eligible for a share: members who fought at least one siege battle for the alliance in the window, or garrisoned a district the alliance held for at least the published minimum time.
- Base share: the published base percentage of the alliance prize splits equally among all eligible members. Everyone who showed up gets a floor.
- Contribution share: the remainder splits pro-rata by contribution: total power destroyed in siege battles plus garrison hold time at the published hourly rate. No single member can receive more than the published maximum share of their alliance's prize.
- A member's battles and garrison time count for the alliance they belonged to at the time of each act. Switching alliances mid-event does not move earned contribution.
- Your base share comes from one alliance per event: the one your last battle or garrison hour inside the event window counted for. You receive that floor once, no matter how many alliances you fought for.
- Being kicked or disbanded does not cost you your contribution. If an alliance removes you inside the event window, or disbands, your contribution to that alliance is still paid pro-rata as if you had stayed. Kicking a big contributor before the close gains the remaining members nothing.
- Leaving voluntarily does. Your contribution to an alliance you walked away from is forfeited and redistributed among that alliance's remaining eligible members, unless you rejoin and finish the event there. Leaving also blocks Cup credit for any other alliance for the published lock window, so work you do elsewhere inside it does not count; the current window is on the Cup membership rules page. What counts is your last departure from an alliance: if you are kicked, rejoin, then leave, you have left.
- Shares are paid in USDG on Robinhood Chain, rounded down to the cent. Shares from events before the weekly format were paid in USDC on Base.
4 · YOUR PRIZE BALANCE & GETTING PAID
- When a week closes, every eligible member's share is recorded and sits in a 48-hour fair-play review window. A share that is not held or rejected in that window is credited to your prize balance automatically. You do not claim anything.
- Your balance adds up week to week. It is paid out in the next weekly payout batch once it reaches the published minimum payout and you have a verified wallet linked to your game account. The payout goes to the wallet that is verified at the time of the payout.
- A balance below the minimum is not lost: it stays in your account until later weeks bring it over the minimum.
- A credited share whose account has had no verified wallet for the published dormancy period returns to the treasury. An account with a verified wallet never expires.
- One wallet can collect at most one share per weekly event, no matter how many accounts point at it.
- Every payment is published on the payout log with its transaction hash, so anyone can verify it on the chain's explorer.
5 · FAIR PLAY
- Multi-accounting, win-trading, feeding, collusion between alliances, or any coordinated manipulation of siege battles voids the involved accounts' and alliances' eligibility. Shares can be held or rejected during the review window, and a credited balance can still be rejected for abuse at any point before it is paid.
- Accounts sanctioned for abuse forfeit pending and future event prizes.
- Operator decisions on eligibility and disqualification are final.
6 · ELIGIBILITY
- You must be old enough to lawfully receive cryptocurrency prizes where you live, and events are void where prohibited by local law.
- Ashen Throne team members and contractors are not eligible.
- Prizes have no cash-alternative obligation on our side beyond the token transfer itself; taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
- The Cup is a skill contest on game results. Holding, buying or staking $THRONE is never required to enter or to win, and gives no advantage in it.
